SAMMY TERRY!? For those who don't know sammy he is the indiana ledgendary horror show host! back in the days before cable local tv stations could air old monster movies really cheap. thus most small stations had thier own horror show host. but with the never ending demand for programing on cable stations the cost to air the old movies has gone up. this put an end to a lot of the horror host but sammy has continued to keep going! at the show when he walked in you could tell who was from indiana and who wasn't real quick. we grew up watching sammy every saturday night 10:00 to 12:00. when he entered the room the locals who knew him ran and gasped all the way to his table. i swear to god women were swooning over sammy terry. a couple of the actors from the original night of the living dead were leaning over thier table trying to figure out why the crowd was going nuts over this guy!!! my girlfriend told me not to come back home with out an autographed photo of sammy for her ! friday at the show elvira was there but not in costume. i got my autograph and was going to go back for a photo op with her on saturday ( with her in costume) but the line was just too damn long and the day was far too short for that wait.
i love the colors in the elvira photo! she had a lot more racy pictures but the colors just really poped on this one. i like the black against the orange, it really makes those pumkins pop out!
