Dr. Argon sent me some photo's of the behind the scenes of the 2011 COMIC AWARDS !
he says the meetings are quite organized and well behaved. FYI his great dane's name is mr. biscuts and the german shepards name is mr. num num puppy dog. He was upset that he wanted a duck in a broken egg shell and got a falcon sculpt fot the trophy. the dance that was cut was a tribute to pantera & megadeath. both argon and pit face were upset that the number was cut but hey that's show biz!
p.s! be nice to my dogs! last time i lent them to you for a nazi inspired photo shoot they ate a buncha snasages and shat all over the damn floor! VILLAIN!!!
you don't and won't get this kind of entertainment from the drunk duck awards. now for thoughts on this matter, it seems to me like the duck is a spoiled child with a toy that they no longer care about. it laid there forgotten untill i picked it up and said this is awsome let's play. then all of a sudden it was the most beloved thing they had, they had to play with it and not share.S O NOW WE ARE LOOKING AT TWO AWARD SHOWS FOR THE SAME THING. it's just wastefull. we have the judges, our catagory list, banners, and seven pages of art work already to go. El Cid should have our tech for counting the votes or nominies ready soon so why do two different awards? i have already posted a comment on the forum for the dd version of the awards that we join forces and do one super awards show! we could combine thier list and our catagory list. i've got the art well in hand so all that's left is the nomination process.they could do a quack cast for the catagory list, then we could anounce the winners live on the villlainland podcast(which we will do any way)so the winners could be there live to accept awards. our show can run as long as we want it to.after the live show we could still post the winners. this could be an awsome event. i think the ball is in play here and i just hit into thier court. what say you dd? we are ready to roll with or with out you.
