Most recently as fart as my colored pages go, I lay down flats on their respective layers(skin on it's own layer, same with clothes, hair etc...) and then I create another layer atop it to do the cell shading and set that to multiply or over layer pending on the look I'm going for or the mood I'm in, lol! That's the basic process!:D I use Photoshop CS2 with a Wacom Intuos Tablet.
