One inspiration for Seiko's character is Nausicaa. If you've never seen that movie (directed by Miyazaki), I strongly recommend it. Nausicaa is one of my top favorite characters of all times. She has a lot of compassion towards "foes" -- or the people everyone else knows are the enemy. (If you've watched much of Miyazaki's movies, you'll know that protagonist/antagonist lines are pretty blurry by the end.)
LanceDanger: I feel okay now. I cleaned up and uploaded that page last week. ;-)
Peipei: Things are certainly getting interesting for Seiko and Alex...
Here's someone that never wakes up in a happy mood. He's still as evil as a snake.
I completed reading the entire archive and you have one heck of a long archive which I honor you for that.
My overall impression so far is that your artwork has hugely improved from what you started and that's very good in the right direction. I like the coloring which adds too much to the art which is pretty impressive. I'm happy that you have such a loyal fanbase and you just added a new one... me.
Storywise... which I care more... is your biggest strength. The way the story is delivered with the right character moods gives the story a great and unique atmosphere. I love the shocking and surprising moments that you were able to capture perfectly. From the beginning, your story grasped me when the first couple of crime events happened. It's very good that you can grasp a reader in couple of pages.
I loved reading throughout this archive which is really impressive and something great that you have accomplished. Good luck on the next 400 and more coming pages which I'm gonna keep an eye on this comic every now and then.
A+ for keeping Fudo in character, even when he's down. I enjoyed it. He's gonna be so much fun in Off Hours... B) Good renditions and spot on color as always!
