There are three text-heavy pages of coming up. I didn't realize this until I opened them up to edit and upload. I seriously hate these pages -- not just the wordiness, but the drawing and, on this one, the coloring (Yuki is way too, um, shiny). But... I love this chapter and this story arc. If you can bear with me, things will get fun soon. I promise.
I'll stop the self-loathing for the time-being.
One more note for now. Seiko is in a different room than the others. Seiko's room is at the back of the store. Kaida's weapon collection is on the second story. (I have a blueprint of the bookstore lying around somewhere...)
LanceDanger: Heehee. Fudo won't hang around when there's a remote possibility of being caught. (He's a bit of a coward.)
n_y_japlander: They've been known to happen around here (happy endings, I mean). If you cut the story off in the right place, you can have all the happy endings you want. lol
Peipei: My brother caught a garter when he was ten. It was pretty cute. ^_^
Tantz: Thanks. :-)
dueeast: I'm not sure what I like more, that Kaida caught the bouquet or that she gave it to her brother, the hopeless romantic.
Locoma: I like drawing kissing and any kind of loving touch interactions -- even though I don't draw it that often. This isn't the first kiss in the comic. (That was about 200 pages ago. ;-) ) There will be more in the future, too.
And I am intrigued that she actually remembers suppressing memories. Usually a person doesn't. That means she has not really suppressed them, and a little delving will bring everything back up.
