Let me tell you the story of the spiral staircase... In my original floorplan of Goro's Used Books, the staircase was directly behind Jeff. In my early pages, I attempted to draw said staircase where it was planned but realized very quickly that I simply could not do it! After a few tries I gave up and did not have the courage to try again until this page. In any case, I think it turned out just fine and represents my new drawing confidence. I think the staircase works better on that side of the store anyway. Jeff really needs to stand alone.
I'm so like that...I'm not eating 'till I write 1000 words today. I can have a smoke at 500. Totally me. I love it. When Ethan and I were shopping for houses, the first one we ever owned had a spiral staircase, but it was soooo skinny, Ethan could barely squeeze up it. Just a funny memory, I'd thought I'd share.
