The joke is funny but the art is hella' blurry! Also, don't base this off of something else that few people may have heard of. It becomes an "inside joke" and many people hate that. Few can make them work.
Fix the art, please. It needs to be cleaned up allot. Work on the fuzz that surrounds the picture, smooth out the lines, and use a different program to make your text. This is OK, but not that great.
