Behind the Secret Door:
I just reread the entire issue...it feels like it started a LOOOOOOOONG time ago. I mean, it's been weeks n' weeks, but it seems even longer.
Anyway, to make this work properly, the flashbacks could all be in black and white, and THIS could've been the first color page. Maybe I'll fix that for any folks who come along and read this later on.
Anyway, we have a few "Now" pages, then a completion of Penelope's flashback story, and then hopefully an ending that...well, I'll save it. It's very touching to me, when I think about it, this ending is.
Makes me weep, really (when I think about it at work, I probably look distraught and emotional, as if my life's collapsing. Meanwhile, I'm just enjoying the emotions that these characters will be going through. XD

the bread bowls are quite good, nothing like homemade bread filled with tasty potato soup.

@ayes - haha! yep, it's always been Tubby's Pizza. Lots of cheese and chocolate being sold there XD ...thanks so much for the kudos on the color! Think I'll stay with it (though we'll flip back to B&W to complete Penelope's flashback. That seems slick!)

I agree, the color looks great. and was the pizzeria always named Tubby's Pizzeria? must be all that yummy extra cheese. Or maybe that choc milk is not skim (I prefer 2%)

i prefer the sandwiches at Panera's myself, they make their own bread, soup (which comes in edible Bread Bowls), pastries, and this absolutely delicious Green Tea that puts all other Green Tea to shame.

Great color page. Much better than last one. I think Penelope should put Harley in a head lock to teach her a lesson.

@jerrie - Thanks so much! Yeah...Harley's a bad waitress (Penelope may've been exaggerating the hour, though...) A liverwurst sandwich! That's making me hungry! But there are no delis open around here!

this is an awesome color page!(damn...it takes Harley an HOUR? to bring somebody a dang glass of MILK?????she must work at my local deli...order a lousy liverwurst sandwich...you'll wait until the RAPTURE for them to bring it to you...)
