I've been meaning to do this for some time now, but I just now had the time to sit down and think of some comics for a spin-off of sorts on National Dex. So... here we have Trainer Memo!
If you don't read National Dex, some things that occur in this comic may not make a lot of sense to you, but I'm going to try and avoid jokes that rely heavily on knowledge of my other comics.
The comic will also be done mostly in a gray-scale manner, and have hand-written dialogue... more strips can be done in this manner a lot faster than if I had actually taken the time to color and shade it. Of course... I may occasionally make a color page if I'm feeling it's necessary. But I may only do that for holidays and what not.
Anyway... there's no set schedule for this comic yet, since it's really just a little side project to work on when I have an art block or whatnot. I feel rather inspired right now, so maybe I can get some more in by tomorrow or within a day or two? -Posted on Jan 27, 2009 |
