Introducing Clip Woman. How long will it take for Tornado man to regain his eyesight after taking a bomb to the face? Is Murphy's Law toying with Mega man or just in a good mood? Does Murphy's Law even apply in the Timebreakers universe?

Why do these seem to take so freaking long to make. I'd really like to update at least every other day instead of once a month.
I've already begun the next comic... So it should be sometime this month... I hope.
I'm actually introducing Clip Woman two story arcs earlier than I originally planned, but this way allows me to explain a few things better. I also changed Bubble Man's kidding around line. The original seemed a bit too charming for Bubble Man. So I'm saving that one for a more suitible RM.

@sangdrako: Tornado man was blinded by the bright linght from the explosion more than any physical damage. Sorta a flash bang effect. His eyes just need to re-adjust to the light.

@Deathbeamz: Someone else would have eventually chimed this in, so I might as well: Bubble man and Splash Woman aren't related. Splash woman was built by Dr. Light(Well its not Wily), while Bubble man is 100% Wily built.

How does Tornado man go blind? Damage to his visor? If so, can he actually repair it or is there some kind of self-repair program?
