A friend of mine (creator of Corvids Comics [http://www.drunkduck.com/Corvids_Comics/index.php], which I thoroughly enjoy,) has decided in his infinite wisdom that today is Poke an Emo day. Now, I have nothing against this sub culture, and in fact like some of what they produce. Just a bit of harmless fun, and really, we could always use more of that.

My daughter is kind of Emo. Not really, but she still wears band flare on her purse. I found her Sublime patch on the street this morning, which may indicate she came home drunk last night. I won't poke her, of course, but I'm going to hide all the Tampax in the garage.
