Bio: They say every superhero must have an arch-nemesis (or if they don't then someone should start) and the Electric Penguin is no exception to this rule. After hearing of the good deeds and supposed "unbeatability" of the Electric Penguin, the Atomic Platypus made his way across the sea to meet and do battle with the creature he perceived to be the ultimate challenger. Finding that the Electric Penguin did, in fact, seem to be unbeatable, he decided to join forces with the Evil Rambling Crazy Man and Evil Jimmy the Jell-O Mold in order to more easily accomplish his goal of the destruction of the Electric Penguin.
