I can see similarities to Egon Schiele in it, but i do love Schiele so much, so it may be that. Still, objectively, it is a great cover. And I do find it creepy too, but the whole story has a creepy touch :S

UsedBooks: yeah, you might notice the ironic contrast between the title and the story elsewhere... hehe.

The first one is sort of whimsical and upbeat, but this one contains such a lovely contrast between the imagery and the title. (Just look at that dismal expression! "Optimist?"
