	Link The mute hero of our comic. He is driven by a strong sense of justice, but isn't necessarily as brave as his predecessors. Although he has inherited the Triforce of Courage, that power has yet to shine through.
	Masuka The mysterious orange fairy whom Link encounters inside the dead Deku Tree. Although a little mouthy, she proves very helpful to link, and also provides him with an energy based shield.
	Irisa Link's childhood friend. She is calm, cool and collected, but tends to think a little too much about situations. Early on in their foray into the Deku Tree, she gets captured by an Insect Baba and hauled down to the MegaMoldorm's lair.
	Insect Baba One of the enemies in the Deku tree. They are Deku Baba's that were affected by the influence of the MegaMoldorm, eventually growing eyes and a taste for flesh
	MINIBOSS: Mothula, Winged Creature of Terror A sleeping creature that happens to emerge from it's cocoon after metamorphosis while Link and Masuka are in the room. It is destroyed by the eternally lit lamps in the Deku Trees
	BOSS: MegaMoldorm, Titanic Armored AnnelidA huge creature that inherited the dark power brought to the forest by the creature that stole the Sun Seed years ago. It captured Irisa and prepared to devour her, but was destroyed, relinquishing the Mask of Plague.
	Zelda Hyrule XXVIIIThe princess of Hyrule, she can see through liars like an anteater finds ants. She knows that something's going on, but doesn't know what, and even insists on courtesy to those she distrusts.
	BOSS: Lorma, ShapeShifting Shadow A shadowy creature that fell on Hyrule, she has no set form.
	Doctor Callida The Royal Physician, Doctor Callida helps Irisa when she falls ill with Death-Fever and is on the forefront of scientific discovery.
