dracco - It's rated M because "May contain occasional obscenities, limited graphic violence, implied sex, mild nudity."
Personally I think it's ridiculous. With the possible exception of one curse word I haven't had anything in my comic that I couldn't have seen in a Comics Code Authority approved book when I was a teenager.
However that's how DD defines the rating & I have to go along with it. *shrug*
