Dum-Dums are like Smarts, they're small, last a short amount of time, and have minimal flavour. The main difference though is Dum-Dums are cheap or free, Smarts costs more money but have less "car" than even a Yugo! Stick to Ford Festivas guys, they're MUCH cheaper and actually look like a car, not a re-used Helocopter cockpit.
