JustNoPoint

First thing's first. This cover was drawn and inked by Meechi. I merely colored it and added the name and logo stuff. I have become too comfortable with my current style of coloring so once again I will be trying some new things out this issue. Not just in coloring but in the way I draw as well. I think it will be a good issue to practice things on since the comic is at night time. So there won't be near as much of my bright colors in this particular issue. Anyway this issue will be a massive 40 pages long. Hopefully that will give Meechi plenty of time to work on issue 4. He will be doing the art for that whole issue. At least that is what we anticipate at this time. I have to say this was pretty fun working with Meechi like this. I hope he likes the coloring I applied. I think the cover came out very well! I can't wait to work with him on issue 4 ^^ oneminutecomics: Welcome back man! You vanished for a bit, ironic you came back on the day I posted fan art for you. I was going to PQ you to let you know I did it, but no need now! And if you have time and really wanted to make fan art for me I would love to see your renditions of any of my characters. That is my favorite part about a fellow comic maker doing fan art. It shows what a character would look like in their comics. I still need to make one of Red but I couldn't resist seeing how different Shade would look if I drew him compared to "you know who" kyupol: Thanks... ahem... didn't you say you had fan art for me finished? >:) *holds out hand Oh and feel free to send the ad any time. haha, yeah we'll see exactly how similar shade on your future look-a-like will be :D I like the composition for the cover, only thing I'm not 100% sure of is the title design...for one thing it bothers me that the D is lapping over E while none of the other characters do (I'm studying graphic design so I'm always looking at things like that ;P) -Posted on Sep 12, 2007
