Issue 1-0 The Rules Have Changed

Whoooo! Finally back to updating! Until I get totally back into my zone I'm just going to update 2 days a week. Monday and Friday.
I didn't improve as much or get as far ahead as I'd had liked but ah well, it still looks better than how the Prologue started =D
I'll be moving the returning 2-22 page behind this cover after I upload the next page. I don't want to lose the comments XD

Lots of things for you to play with on this new site too. IE doesn't like this new site design much... so please use FireFox or Opera to view it the intended way. Some of the links won't work till page 1/2 updates. I think I worked more on the site than my comic ;_; The large map at top should be fun. The blinking lights can be clicked and it will take you to the point in the story where the characters arrived at that destination. Sometimes I'll even hide easter eggs. The dots will move as the characters move around.

The Compass links to a larger map that will help you keep tabs on the character's travels =D

Due to a DD glitch that doesn't allow 2 1st page images on the latest page I hardcoded 1 of the 1st page links into the site. But most people will see the newest pages as it goes on. A small annoyance but only on the 1st page so meh...

You can click on the tabs to the sides that say

+Volume
+Chapter
This will collapse or open up that category. By default the current chapter and volume will be open. As you can tell I'm hoping this layout will last for a LONG time! So feedback on improving it is welcome as well.

Now to comment on the cover. Like the Prologue I went with a "flip book" style comic. Meaning issue 1 is once again 2 comics in 1. The other side of this comic will be Fenny and Sally's half. The simplicity of the cover is for the flipping effect. Since the other side will be very similar except with silhouettes of Rick and Emella here and a different color scheme/background image.

I am hoping new readers do not HAVE to read the prologue to understand this new series. Alternatively you may read the abridged story (which I promise will be finished by Tuesday) and character profiles to fill in a lot of back story in the Prologue if you want a quick fix. But 1 of the reasons I didn't do too much in the world and with Fenny and Sally in the prologue is because I wanted to hold that info for this series.

So for the 1st time in a Devon Legacy comic we finally get to see some Devons ^_^

This time when you vote for Devon Legacy there will be a vote incentive. Some kind of artwork and the next page! So if you want to look ahead you can. If you don't want to be spoiled and want to vote anyway, the 1st image is on top so you have to scroll down to see the next page. That should help prevent spoiling anything for those that prefer to wait ^_^ This incentive is the larger versions of the buttons for Vote, RSS, Donate, etc
