The Capital of Helsinki

I had this one on file for a while now. I came up with it at around the same time as the genie strip I did a few weeks ago. I decided to wait on this one for a while because I didn't want to have any fairy tale-themed Helsinki strips posted too closely together.

I also have a Helsinki strip that pokes fun at the origin of Spider-Man. But, since I did one about Superman not too long ago I am keeping it in reserve for now.
