That Pokemon in the 3rd panel was Flareon. I put Flareon in because it's a fire type, and they SUCK against water types like Wartortle. Flareon is one of the evolved forms of Eevee. It evolves when you give Eevee a Fire Stone.

Wartortle is the evolved form of Squirtle. It evolves when Squirtle goes to Level 16.
