It's your average Sonic recolor (and author including) comic. 'nuff said.

The dialog is all kinda... weird, everyone lacks personality. Also, punctuation and grammar errors to boot, I'd run my comics through a grammar checker(Microsoft word is recommended).
The Story is hard to follow and just kinda confusing.
The recolors/frankenstiens need to stop, try making edited sprites, as it's the only way to improve.
Everything is kinda choppy.
The characters lack emotion, it makes everyone come off as dull and boring, and it doesn't help much.
