Years after an apocalyptic war between the United States and Russia, everything became industrial. Instead of gas/oil, people used the power of steam. Food was basically reduced to wheat products since cow farms were very rare. Milk was hard to obtain as well. Substituting for protein and the nutrients in milk, the government chemically created the proteins and minerals into pills which was given to each citizen by law. However, one thing didn't change at all. Violence. A scientist by the name of William J. Oxford developed a system to contain these evils. He named his system the 'Eternal Justice Project', and was very proud of it. Granted to him were hundreds of awards. These rewards were given to him because of his invention of Hybrid Human. No one knows exactly how he created them, but the secret lies his very last creation. His biggest mistake, H.H. 6116.
