They suck. They really really suck!
The concept of Blackberrys reminds me of this 80's cartoon called M.A.S.K. (you can see a video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p1_76ZAq9d0 - oh how I love youtube).
When you get a mail, you're expected to drop everything and proceed to work. I've seen people getting up from a meal. To see what I'm talking about, scroll to about 5:20 in the M.A.S.K. video.
