For those of you unfamiliar with the setting, this is Anton Misroi, the Dark Lord of Souragne. Though he is unlikely to be the real Baron Samedi as he claims, his power is undeniable. When the Baron gives an order, people listen.

Although he is often helpful to those he likes, his gifts often come with a price; friend or foe, Anton Misroi is bad news.
