well you should use something else besides Megaman, Sonic, Mario, etc. Unless you are going to blow us away with something new and unexpected (which i doubt, no offense).

Save as PNGs, not JPEGs. The joke isn't too funny, and it's all to random. I don't know these characters, their names or personalities, so it's hard to connect and feel the joke. Sorry. The text bubbles need work too, as they are cutting it too close to the text. The sprites are just megamans, not very original. This is still a megaman comic to me. And the real life images clash with the sprites. Sorry, it all just seems like a "Megaman the Comic"/"BnG" rip off to me.
