| | User: Kaolyne | | | Well, the scrambled sprites are 64-bit, I suppose.
There is sometimes an exception if the sprites seem to fit in the background quite well.
Example: The past few pages seem to be working quite well with their sprites and backgrounds.
I can tell the bittage of the sprite often but the background... Yeah... -Posted on Nov 16, 2009 | | User: SquishyNinja | | | | Well, what kind of bittage are these? I don't even know.. -Posted on Nov 14, 2009 | | User: Kaolyne | | 5 | Well, I suppose need not change the style of each sprite if the bittage is just the same. 8-bit sprites go to 8-bit worlds. 16-bit sprites go to 16-bit worlds... And so on.
But if you want to change the style, I guess this part is optional for most people. It is a bad idea to mix bittages in one comic. 8-bit sprites in 16-bit worlds or vice-versa often never work.
I would most likely recommend you to change the style if the bittage does not match. -Posted on Nov 13, 2009 | | User: SillyGrape | | | I agree with Rayqui. But of course, not doing it would be better for us, because it means quicker pages and more updates.
(Also, I'm not going to go into details, but could you send me my scrambled sheet? Let's just say freak accident with my computer deleted all my sprites, which is why I had to make new ones for my new comic...
If you don't know who this is, it's Awesomeness, on his new account. Just PQ me, and if that doesn't work, send them to me at SameeAnibaba@googlemail.com.
Sorry to ask, I wanna start a new comic) -Posted on Nov 08, 2009 | | User: Rayqui | | 5 | Statement : If that can be any help, I made mario/luigi sprites for Ben.
I think making sprites for each world style would be nice but if you don't have neither time nor want to, I can help.
Aside : Except of course that I'm far too lazy to make more than one pose. -Posted on Nov 08, 2009 | | Only registered members may vote. Sign up here! |
