Their parents must have been so proud. -Posted on Jul 03, 2009 | | User: seventy2 | | 5 | | our parents do it, let's do it!! -Posted on Jul 02, 2009 | | User: Mushroomcomix | | 5 | | Pride and Prejudice and Zombies is awesome!! You should check that book out! -Posted on Jul 02, 2009 | | User: morphmaker | | 5 | oh sweet, break out the leg warmers and kung fu fighting music!
p.s. the BBC version of pride and prejudice is the best one hands down -Posted on Jul 02, 2009 | | User: jgib99 | | 5 | | Ah. Nothing like talking about becoming an assassin over a nice cup of cocoa. -Posted on Jul 02, 2009 | | User: albone | | 5 | | Nice page! I like the 'Big Mug.' Discussing job options. What could be more pragmatic than that? Of course, when the job in question is 'assassin' it sort of livens up the conversation a bit. -Posted on Jul 02, 2009 | | User: harryq | | 5 | | A common bond brings the family together. -Posted on Jul 02, 2009 | | User: amanda | | | @UsedBooks: I totally agree that assassins shouldn't have kids. However, none of these seemed to agree, haha. And you can absolutely have the same health care plan as pirates. All you need is a crate of oranges and voila! No scurvy!
@Kaiya: Not technically, but assassins get a different style and intensity of training - they have to be the best. So to simply learn to defend oneself probably isn't enough. To train to be an assassin trains you to THINK like one as well.
@Blnt: Never read Runaways, but now I should. And one of my favorite things about Salt is how pleasant it all is... usually.
@Ghost: Ha! Cade sees the Chuck Norris fact posters and smiles to himself as he goes, "Yeah. Yeah, I taught him that."
@IFell: =D True enough! *swoons*
@DF: Me too! Who cares if it's summer?
@Slide: =D Yup! Daisy's only thinking about the non-killing part of being an assassin. She's young enough to know but not quite understand. Cade, on the other hand, knows exactly what's up.
@PinkBat: Dun dun dun... -Posted on Jul 02, 2009 | | User: pinkbatmax | | 5 | | Beware the dark side.... -Posted on Jul 02, 2009 | | User: SlideStudios | | 5 | | totally, let's kill people...it is the only way to be safe. Kids. :-) -Posted on Jul 02, 2009 | | User: df_karnovski | | 5 | | I want cocoa too ^^ -Posted on Jul 02, 2009 | | User: ifelldownthestairs | | 5 | | that'd be funny if in the last panel marshall resembled colin firth -Posted on Jul 02, 2009 | | User: ghostrunner | | 5 | | even chuck norris would train with cade :P -Posted on Jul 02, 2009 | | User: blntmaker | | 5 | | Ah see...this is like an even more edgier version of Marvel's Runaways. Yet they ar so mild-mannered here. -Posted on Jul 02, 2009 | | User: kaiyaweird | | 5 | | Interesting family business. Though she wouldn't have to be an assassin to learn how to defend herself. -Posted on Jul 02, 2009 | | User: usedbooks | | 5 | This is why assassins shouldn't have kids. -_-
Taking up the family business shows lack of creativity. XD Still, in the current economic climate, it's nice to have a family business to fall back on. I wish I had the nerve to be a mercenary. I wonder if they can get a good health plan. -- Pirates had a better health plan than I do (which is nothing). -Posted on Jul 02, 2009 |
