I'm really sorry I've been away for so long, and that I didn't even put up a message about a hiatus. I was poorly prepared for artist's block and, having such, couldn't create a filler. xD;; This page now is just really to draw attention to the authors notes. I know it's not finished and it's horrible and their legs are too short but that's not the point. xD;;
But I want you guys to know I haven't abandoned Salimah. I'm rewriting it instead. :3 I'm rewriting the entire script; rearranging events so there are more scenes as-they-happen instead of relying on flashbacks or references to the past to say "oh btw this happened ages ago which is somewhat important but you won't see it nyah!" I don't think -much- of that happened in the story thus far but the direction it was taking, it was going to.
I don't want to start re-drawing the pages before I have everything worked out, and the story itself is being longer than I expected it to be xD; I need to revise it to make it as concise yet effective as possible, but I've nowhere -near- finished writing it first.
I'm sorry for making everyone worry! I don't really have an excuse for it either. x-x But you will be seeing Salimah again... eventually... xD;; This time there will be more background detail so you actually know what's -happening-. The story now starts just before the first attack on Iokina, (though there's a proper prologue of the gods sending Miyoko/Karena to Amara now), and thus learn more about her nature. :3 I hope it'll be worth the wait xD;;; I'm sorry that it took so long to even inform you of that. My BK[SN] is pretty much a rewrite of my old comics.
My exp on rewriting tho... is there will come a point where you'd feel like you've just outgrown your old comic. You'd be like... aagh this comic is irrelevant already... Aagh this comic is shallow and has a shitty storyline to what Im capable of doin now... AAGH this AAGH that. yo know what im sayin.
