so it has come to my attention that this comic is really detrimental to my mood and my life in general. i started it when i was at a very bad time in my life and used it simply to keep myself partially sane. another reason that i made it was to lose my old drawing style, one that i would constantly be accused (falsly) of copying jhonen vasquez simply because our styles were vaugely similar.
as of about a month ago i seem to have pulled myself out of a rut and am back to my silly old self. i feel that it is time for me to close the book on SM for now.
as of this post synthetic meat is done, unless i get enough feedback supporting its continuation. i will not be gone, however. i think i am going to start a new comic here at DD and you can find more of my stuff at nalocomics.com
