Your backgrounds and city scapes are simply astounding. The story itself is just as mysterious and intriguing as your architecture and overall design. I look forward to the day this continues, in the meantime, I'll be keeping a lookout. -Posted on Mar 26, 2009 | | User: Camisicado | | 5 | | That's amazing. Awesome work :D -Posted on Mar 01, 2009 | | User: The Derkomai | | 5 | YOU have a lot of learning to do? Damn, then ~I~ have a ~lot~ of work to do. XD
Do you think artists of any caliber are ~ever~ satisfied with their own work? Heheheh.
Cancellation is never bad news as long as you're ~planning~ on one-upping what you stopped.
And then actually ~DO~ that.
GOOD LUCK Fox-O. I really hope to get the chance to read your new stuff. Comics continuum! -Posted on Mar 01, 2009 | | User: fox orian | | | @ Eddie Jensen:
No, it's not in the ME universe, but the illustrations you're talking about are inspired by ME. To speak on a greater level, these pictures are actually inspired more by Tokyo architecture than ME itself, which borrows all of its design from places like Tokyo and Hong Kong. The Yellow/White image is a direct reference to the ME level "Ropeburn," however. Being the oldest image of the group, I was exploring new ways to explore painting shadows and unified color in a scene. The image below, with the red Vespa however, was based off of Tokyo and my own design sense. Up above, the two loosely-painted images are the newest of the group, and represent much more accurately where I'm separating my original ME & Tokyo influences and making them my own. -Posted on Mar 01, 2009 | | User: Eddie Jensen | | 5 | | uh.. is it set in the mirrors edge universe? because no offense but this looks pretty much exactly like it. especially the orange and white one. -Posted on Mar 01, 2009 |
