Having been a fan of comics ever since I was old enough to read Calvin and Hobbes, I've often wondered what it would be like if I started my own.
The answer, I've discovered, is a hell of a lot of work.
But I've also found myself enjoying the daily commute while penning out new ideas for the strip. I don't consider myself exceptionally witty or wise, but it's been fun to play around with characters and ideas and stretch those creativity muscles. Hopefully people will like the strip if I keep it going, but if they don't (or if I don't), I can at least appreciate having started something new and different, and worked to express myself in a way I find fun.
