I agree about a couple of the down points. Please save these in PNG for future reference, include text boxes, and please make sure their locations are consistant. I can see Amy and Sonic jump around slightly in the comic.
However, the good points are that you've used backgrounds, and that the text is specific to both characters, thereby getting rid of the possibilty of mixing them up. Just improve the falts of this comic, and you'll do fine.
