Random Ravings of a Madman (Title subject to change and interpretation)
Is a comic which gives us insight into the mind of Arthur, an evil overlord. Or so he thinks himself. Every day life goes it's merry way for our little family. Arthur Is an old but shrewd man, and also very wealthy but does not want to spend any of his cash. Ellen has persuaded the rest of the family to take him in, as she doesn't want to put him into a retirement home where he wouldn't be treated as well. All his money however, is in a trust fund, he gets a fixed amount deposited into the bank each month which he can consider his pension. The manager of the trust fund is a very greedy person who'd love to see arthur push up daisies so he can donate the money to the family and take a large cut for himself. Arthur is a resilient breed of people however, but his mind is no longer quite what it used to be. Arthur often finds himself drawn into his own dark fantasies where he considers himself the evil overlord of everything. Warlock, Torturer, vampire, nemesis to some secret agent, his mind has no limits. Often he can be found sitting in the back yard trying to poison the pigeons. Or training rats / squirrels to be his slaves. He hates rabbits and considers them stupid animals. This fact is further enhanced due to having once lost a tooth to rabbit stew, where the buckshot was not properly removed from the meat yet. Not that he's got more than a few teeth left now due to old age however. Junior is a young kid, not too bright. If you were to tell him pigeons are after his life, he'll have a phobia for them for months. Looks up to his grandad and enjoys his company, but doesn't understand some of his actions. Commonly he'll interrupt Arthur during a critical point in his plans and bring him sharply back to reality.


Arthur	- Estimated age: ~80-90 - First seen: Page 1 - Crazy and demented, except in his own mind. Cold and cunning, fully aware of those around him. - Wheelchair bound, unable to walk. - Appearance: crow like, bent forward, mostly bald. Multicolored cloth draped across crippled legs. - Been married, but wife died 20 years ago in a car accident. The same accident that got him crippled.
Junior	- Estimated age: 12 - First seen: Page 1 - The youngest of the family, not very smart. Red head - Catch phrase: Mooooooom! - Son of Ellen and Peter.
Ellen	- Estimated age: 39 - First seen: Page 2 - The family's caring but strict mother - Daughter of Arthur - Appearance : Sportive, long dark hair.
Jenny	- Estimated age: 18 - The sister who disagrees with the world. Shows a common lack of interest. - Appearance: Medium long-just past shoulder height hair, slender figure. - Catch phrase: Whateva - Daughter of Ellen and Peter.
Peter	- Estimated age: 41 - First seen: Page 2 - The family's father figure. Relaxed man. - Appearance: Short brown hair, square face, likes to dress in office clothes: blue shirt, dark pants, no tie.
Mittens the Cat	- Estimated age: 7 - Tubby cat, very lazy. Orange / White striped. - Everyone needs a pet, this one just doesn't do much.
Nurse Betty	- Estimated age: 22 - Arthur's nurse. - Appearance: Short blond hair, small face, full red lips, large chest and wide hips. - Bio: She's been assigned by the trust fund in charge of grandpa's finances, to ensure the man's good health. - Obviously her appearance is intended to get him a heart attack, but grandpa is a very cold and cunning man. - Doesn't show up too often.
Trust fund manager	- Estimated age: 40 - Minor character - Hopes grandpa dies soon so his company gets to inherit a large sum of the fund.
The Mail man	- Estimated age: 20 - Minor character. - Comes around so and then to flirt with the sister.
