  Age: looks to be in her mid twenties, but may be far older.
  Build: Thin, tall, and lanky. She has no muscle tone, yet her body seems very smooth and healthy.
  Look: She has fair skin, plum, wavy hair, and plum eyes. Her ears are delicately pointed, and she has prominent features. She claims that the hair style she wears is common in the elven kingdom.
  Temperament: She is calm and tranquil, and always seems to be in deep thought even in the most invigorating of situations. She does have an unhealthy obsession with magic, and will sometimes loose her calm demeanor to work with something dangerous, powerful, and mysterious.
  Treasure: She wears what appears to be an age old dark blue ribbon tied in a bow. She claims this to be originally owned by her elder half sister, Sapphire. She also possesses and wears two hair ornaments elaborately carved from an ancient jewel.
  Race/Blood: Many believe her to be a full blooded elf. However she is a half blood, what the other half is, is currently a mystery.

  Past: Tori is very secretive of her past, and since she has been living within the Prontera empire for many years, many people think she was born there. However, the fact is, she is much older then she appears, some say that she has the unique features of an elf of over five hundred years old, others claim that she was once a queen of the eleven kingdom, and that the tiara she bares is a symbol of her royalty. 
The fact remains that she is not who she appears to be. Her past before coming to the prontera empire is a secret, and may or may not be revealed in the life time of her comrades. She changed her name to Victoria Delvar, to better blend in with the human world. Her middle name is the common equivalent to her original name in her mother tongue. For thirty years she was the wizard guildmaster, but recently had given up that title for a position with the kingdom. Since then she has worked with the Prontera Empire as one whom Appraises Magical objects, and investigates the magical imbalances in the realm.  What her true purpose in life may be unknown, but as of know she seems rather content in her prefession, despite being of Elven Blood.
