Ideology of any kind that can be turned to violence is dangerous. Whether it's your government or some little rebel group spreading it, it still has the potential to cloud thinking and dehumanize others. Unless it's some ultra-nonviolent sort, but those don't thrive in this world of limited resources and too many people.
