101 "Changes over Time"

This chapter will mostly be about Tabitha, and contain action- leading into the next chapter. But there will be bits about Annie intermingled.
I thought I needed to clear the air about Annie's physique in a few areas first. One was I thought I needed to bring up the idea or worry that there might be other changes.

@Mr Kaos She's not that bad off hopefully. I'm trying to play this evenly (for a superhero comic), certain parts might seem more or less negative, maybe even different people might have different opinions. Over time I'll try to shift to her having a more positive view of the changes, even if also including negative aspects.
