this was in response to Bush's attempt at liberalism
which, if you really look at his policies from his term as governor - you'll see he was liberal on a great number of issues.
People like to demonize him because its easy and they need someone to blame when shit goes wrong...but i'm a firm believer that he's a good man who makes bad decisions.
Which, by the way, doesn't make him a good president.
