In English, which I'll assume is your native language (if it wasn't, you wouldn't be doing an English comic, or - for that matter - be on an English website), we read left to right. Top to bottom. Put the speech bubbles (and panels) in that order, kthxbai.
2.) Fill in behind the text with white.
3.) Do not color code the text, or the textboxes for that matter.
4.) A tail is a triangle. Not a Line.
5.) Treecko's not the PMD sprite. It's obviously Ranger (which was on the DS, so it's bitmixing.)
6.) Speaking of bit mixing... FRLG and RSE are two completely different perspectives, and thusly should never come in contact with each other. Now stop mixing them together.
7.) Every single Pokémon (Not just Rattata and Pidgey) that appears on this page is cliché. As all hell. Stop using them.
8.) The animation for catching is awful.

1- Only show the panels dont have endless blank spaces
2- stretch and skew by 00 (100,200,300,400 etc.)
3- Make it clearer i dont know about anyone else but i dont know whos getting who in the last panel

1. get reall speach bubbles or ballons whatever you want to call them.
2.cut out the Excess stuff IE all the extra white
3. get ride of the numbers by the text bubbles
