Mystery Update

 What is 'Mystery Update'? :

Mystery Update is a whole new type of Pokemon Survival update that tastes as refreshing as a cool spring breeze! With the new Mystery Update system, Pokemon Survival will update comic pages every Monday and Wednesday. That's fun and all, but just you wait until Friday! Friday, ‘Mystery Update Day', is the day of the week when Pokemon Survival updates. But not like those boring Mondays and Wednesdays. On Fridays, Pokemon Survival updates with something that ISN'T a comic page. It could be anything! An update to the characters page, another entry in Ryan's diary, an interview, additional Tournament rules, non-canon mini comics, or even character drawings/sketches by yours truly. Even fan-submitted works can be updated on Mystery Update. That means you guys can send in guest comics, fan art, or anything else and I'll put it up some way or another on Friday. Although Mystery Update will usually not be a regular page update, it can be during certain circumstances (for example, perhaps I have some pages done, and I want the updates to move along a little faster, so I might update on a Friday, in ADDITION to a Mystery Update.)

Why? :

Why not?! And while you're thinking of a clever rebuttal to that, I'll keep explaining. Having Mystery Update allows me to update stuff for you guys on Fridays, and that's cool. Also, this way, I don't have to miss updates if I can't get a page done on time, because now I'll have a lot more time from Wednesday to the next Monday to get some pages done. This lowers the spriting work required for me, but still delivers PS-related or not PS-related updates to YOU. Everyone wins! Anyway, as stated above, since there will occassionally be normal PS page updates on Friday, Mystery Update does not take place of the possibility of a regular update. Mystery Update is more just something to occupy you guys on the Fridays when I DON'T update.
