Ok, I redid the thought balloons, and changed the image behind the panels.
If everybody doesn't like the new image of the license plates, I've also prepared another one with the balloons fixed and no image behind the panels.
I wouldn't have used the circle tool, but since I only have paint, it was simpler to do that rather than a traditional "wavy" though bubble.
I have paint.net, but I don't care for it much. I just can't get the hang of it.
As for image behind the panels, it was either that, or a regular white background, which I thought would look rather plain compared to what some people on here use.
But now that you mention it, and since I did ask for the criticism with the intent of improving the comic, I'll see what I can do.
Never, never, NEVER use the circle tool inside Paint. See how much more pixelated it is? You're using rectangle boxes, so use rounded rectangular boxes for thoughts.
If you really want to use circles for thoughts that bad, I suggest downloading Paint.NET. It's free and simple to use. And you can make your comic look better with it, too. I don't care much for that over pixely picture background.
