Thanksgiving was pretty good, Kris's mom made a ton of food (I should have brought back more leftovers, their fridge was crammed), and his grandma brought over a pecan pie (just a store bought one, but it wouldn't be Thanksgiving for me without one). My family has one every year, my mom or grandma usually makes one or two from nuts from my grandparent's tree.

I slept until like 7PM today (Saturday). I dunno why, I didn't stay up very late, I guess I was just tired from all the shopping in Virginia City and traveling on Friday.

In case you were wondering, that N64 sprite is just a revamp I did of the one from G/S/C.

I'd say it's about 50%/50% for the most part.

No, I never saved my friends, and there never was a girl like Yuki (that I know of), and I was nowhere near as calm or collected at that age as I'm seen here, but a lot of it's based on my life experiences.

Most of the characters are real people, for example. Brett, Ryan, Frankie, they're all real people that I grew up with. Even Yuki is a composite of a few people. But they're not exactly as I portray them. Brett is a lot smarter and less lazy, and my relationship with Ryan has never been nearly that antagonistic (and even though he was kind of stuck up when we were kids, he wasn't nearly this big of a jerk. And he got nicer later on).

I did really beat up Frankie once, though. And he was pretty much exactly like this when we were younger. ;)

Just so you know, everyone, the next page may take a while. This is the end of chapter 5, and I haven't really decided where to take the story next. I have a general idea, but I still need to plan it all out.

Don't judge.

If this is really a sort of pokemon version of your life, did you really save your friends and a girl who had a crush on you that you were oblivious of? That sounds kind of like a basic cartoon. Not that I dont like the comic.
