Ok, so. Starting this comic has taught me many things.
1.) This is hard stuff. Hard. Just because Rei makes it look easy... *mumble mumble Fred Astaire of webcomics mumble*
2.) I need to do it my way instead of trying to force myself to go all "digital" if it doesn't give me the results I want. Hand-inked coloring-pages for digital screentoning, ftw.
3.) Pages take time. I have no idea how some people do it so quickly, but this takes me a long time. Which means, I need to have stuff in my hands before I go "OMG you're gonna have pages tomorrow YAY!"
4.) I suck. :D
And, last but not least:
5.) Starting a webcomic while in the process of preparing to move halfway across the country on your own? Not a good idea.
So...I'll be putting up sporadic arts to keep anyone watching occupied (Look! A distraction!) until things are less psychocrazymentalbreakdown! and I can stock up on real pages for you guys.
So so so so sorry! Please stick with me! -Posted on Aug 04, 2007 |
