Page description:
While Pinky broods on her sore hand, her disdain for her fellow crew members increases, especially since they carried on playing regardless of her pain as if nothing had happened! Her resentment increases until she is moved to take direct action; she grabs their cards and hurls them at Collin the driver, who is then woken from a light doze. This causes Collin to wake up momentarily and jerk one of the steering levers. The tank shifts course slightly but sharply, swinging everyone about and making Pinky whack her head painfully on some hard fittings. Tough luck Pinky!
Commentary:
Oh man, I'm going to cut back on quality now. Pinky TA shouldn't be such hard work to make... It's been a great project to work on, it's done a lot for me creatively, but it's not done much else for me: it's not really going anywhere or doing anything for me to justify what goes into it. I've though about only doing a few more pages and then finishing up with the written form of the current short story for those who're interested, but I think I'll continue now anyway; in a form that doesn't require so much time, (if I can manage it).

I have two new pics in the fan art gallery! One from Lefarce of Lefarce (and numerous other comics here at DD), and the other from Ryan Glass of Short Bus Brothel! Ryan's pic is of a truly boobular Pinky in the style of The MAXX's Sam Kieth. Lefarce's pic is a hilarious illustration of a dream I posted in the forums here.

Ah, I spent all my time on an update for Pink SKin, Pinky TA is still in the drawing stage. I'll see if I can update the drawing a bit later, but I want to get it out of the skectch stage. I'm working as fast as I can with this one. ;)

Ham - You make a good point man, I like the idea of the mini project, but I'm serious about Pinky TA: a LOT of work goes into each page and it just isn't worth it. It's like as if someone decided to make a completely handwritten edition of a newspaper every two weeks... a LOT of work for nothing. I have to find a way to simplify and still be happy with my work.

You not putting in the effort anymore? Making the art simple. NO way bro, you'll never be able to do it as an artist. You'd like at the pages and wheep. Its in your veins..the quest for perfection. My bet is that either Pinky goes off for a while or you'll continue in the same pace. If you're looking to get something back, I'd do a mini project. Make a mini-comic about 6-10 pages, and make it original. Then forward it on to every publishing house in the world, somebody will pick up on it. Your art is amazing! Its a dead shame you're doing this all for free. But we love you for it :D
you know, you could just do lineart and put in the text too...that's if you don't have enough time to color it anymore. it still looks good in line art. :)

O! This comic always looks so professional. You captured Pinky's feelings perfectly in it, I myself was feeling pretty frustrated will all the others in the tank, and the color scheme made me feel closed in and nauseous (in that good way that only amazing art can capture) Great work, I really hope you continue doing these comics, and if you do a short story...add illustrations...and comics ;)
Honestly, there is NOTHING wrong with this comic. In fact, it's very well done if you ask me. If anyone's suffering from severe artists's block it's me.
The only problem with unfinished pages is that I can't comment on the story or situation or other things I care about in comics until after it's done and I've forgotten about it until the next page, and then it's all irrelevant.
People are more fun to draw. Buildings don't usually emote quite the same way. Looks like tempers are running high in the tank... can't wait to see it finished.
