WOAHHOLYCRAP! Dude, first off, don't ever EVER update twice a day. There are so many errors right now, I will put them in to list. 1) Save in PNG format ONLY!!! 2) You manually resized the sprites, which makes them horrid. Stretch and Skew ONLY! The numbers have to end in 00 ONLY!!!!!! 3) These are not custom backgrounds, this is just a one color background. Go here for all your sprite needs: http://www.spriters-resource.com 4) To tell you the truth, I don't like your dialouge all that much. 5) Word bubble tails are a right triangle. They are a triangle period. No inbetweens. 6) ....I guess I have to make tutorials again. *sigh* 7) Here's something for ya: http://www.getpaint.net. A free program that is real easy to use, and all you need is Windows XP and .Net Framework 2.0 or up. 8) Your dialouge is too small for the bubble. Your text is too big to tell you the truth. Use either 10 or 12. 9) The core of the bubble should ALWAYS be white. 10) One panel comics ain't gonna do it. They should range from 4 to 6. Work on those things, ok?
