| Cain is the kind of person that could make a deal with the devil and end up better off. He spends most of his time goofing off and doesn't seem to have an actual job. He sometimes seems rather thick and insane, but one of those is simply an act. The only real responsibility he has is leading a group of Arch-Magi known as the Gathering of which he is the Arch-Magus of Air. | |
| Amy has been living at the boarding house longer than anyone except the landlord and Cain. She seems to be on Cain's good side as he will often go out of his way to help her and she is rarely the victem of his fun and games. She generally spends her time either working at Mach Pizza or goofing off with Cain. She has also become the Arch-Magus of Fire | |
| Kelmek was the first person to join the Gathering and holds the title of Arch-Magus of Darkness. He is generally found working as a security gaurd at the mall and can often be found hanging out with Shadow. He is a generally carefree person and doesn;t really care what others think of him as long as things work out for him. | |
| The landlord prefers to have people know him by his title due to his belief that knowing the name of a demon, or in his case a half-demon, gives a person control of that demon. He has spent his whole life fearing his demonic side and has just recently begun to accept and learn about his demonic abilities. The exact nature of his abilities are thus far unknown. | |
| Luna was the second person to join gathering under the title of Arch-Magus of Light. She currently runs the Mall in town and is usually found there keeping a watchful eye on things. She is the least frivolous with her abilities and reverves them only for times when they are absolutly nessecary. | |
| Rebbecca has been chasing Cain around for several years now in an attempt to try and have him make her into an Arch-Magus. So far Cain has managed to escape her through trickery, deceit, and jumping off of nearby cliffs and buildings. She recently found out that Shadow, not Cain, would be the most likely candidate for her to gain a position as an Arch-Magus and may soon be shifter her attentions to him. | |
| Shadow, the ultimate life-form, currently works as a mall cop. After being called an emo by everyone so often he fiinally broke down and got professional help. Whe he finished his sessions he had finally gotten over his problems but had gained a rather large bill. Shadow was the fourth person to join the Gathering as Arch-Magus of Chaos. He is a rather serious person but has his moments of fun, generally at Sonic's expense. | |
| Sonic the Hedgehog, fastest thing alive. He still has a rather large ego, but it has become tempered with experaince. In order to pay for his new room at the boarding house he has gotten a job as a mall cop. Although it was his idea to move there he is starting to have second thoughts, but they are always silenced by the thought, "At least it isn't boring". | |
| Tails is a certified genius. However it seems that super-smarts do not give common sense. Tails will often end up pushing people too far and will always end up regretting it. His apathetic attitude has yet to cause him any trouble. Although he was against the initial idea to move to the boarding house, he seems to almost enjoy himself, at least when he isn't being hung upside down from the ceiling. | |
| Rurik is Cain's brother and if anything has more mysteries attatched to him the his brother does. He is very protective of the Gathering and threatens anyone he thinks may harm them. He is known to be a runecaster but has never been seen to use any runecaster spells. The biggest mystery that surrounds him is Cain's of him as a 'quasi-immortal being that trascends death itself'. | |
| Rentorian was the Demon summoned by the landlord and was also the one who took the landlord to Hell and has been tasked with the job of teaching the landlord all about his demonic abilities. He shares Cain's love for messing with people and is the one who devised the 'call waiting' system summoners have to get through in order to summon a demon. The idea was opposed at first for being 'needlessly cruel'. |
