Hello, fair people that read my comic. I just came from a wonderful vacation in Webster, Massachusetts. I had stayed right by Lake Chargoggagoggmanchauggagoggchaubunagungamaugg. It had such a lovely view. Oh, and there IS such a lake. Google it if you must.
I know that I lost weight, considering that my pants barely fit. It's not because of the physical activity; it's because I had horrible nausea for a few days, starting on the car ride there. I was scared that if I ate, I would throw up. I don't know how much I weigh now, though. I'm too lazy to check.
This was the first time I went kayaking. My arms are very weak, so I had a little trouble. I also had trouble steering. Wish me luck when I start driving...
The cabin I stayed in required me to shower outside. I found it to be slightly awkward, although I suppose the fresh air and skylights made the experience more rewarding than indoor showering. The friendly family that allowed us to stay in the cabin warned us about the moaning from a poor man living in the cabin next to ours with alzheimers. I heard this as I was showering. I was the only one.
My brother and I went fishing. He had a fishing rod and I had a bucket. I caught two fish; he caught none. Pure skill.
It smells so much nicer up there. Really. I came back to NJ smelling the fresh ghetto scent of illegal activity. And pregnancy. I compared lakes. The lake over in Webster is completely clear. Over here, it's brown. Please don't ask why. Everyone tells me it's the ceder. I think it's the pollution.
Anyway, I'm glad to be back. I have been working on a flash game for a while, and it will (hopefully) be up by next week. That will be the reason for my lack of updates. I will start working on it tonight. I just need to rest for a few more hours. I also need to get used to the stench. The stench of home.
