They kinda do look like guys from bomberman, tho' I'm not sure that game influenced my cartooning. Tho' it may have, sub-conciously. I played bomberman on the SNES and N64 way too much as a kid. Those tags work? I never tried to figure out if these posts used BBcade or HTML.
About the title:
Yes, Jeff is not the only "rouge" ninja in the Far East. The total number of rogue ninja is estimated to be in the hundreds during this storie's time period. Not all rouges belonged to clans to begin with, as Jeff and all the ones seen here. About half of the rouge ninja operating in the Far East are self taught assassins and saboteurs, working around the laws and decrees set by the Three Clans, and sometimes against the wishes of criminal organizations like the Black Lotus.
Now that that history is out of the way, I can intro these characters (as telling you their names won't harm the story in any way, and there names won't be revieled for a while after they're intorduced properly anyways). Two you already know (Jeff, the White Ninja, and Kunoichi, the Female Ninja). The other two are new. The one on the top right (covered in blood) has no name as of yet. He's just some mass-murderer who was ejected from the Black Lotus. The blue ninja, however, is called Jean-Luc, the French Ninja. Don't worry, all will be explained later... Oh yes, the blue uniform indicates that he used to work for the Blue Ocean clan. Ok, that's done.
