The artist draws pages based on the script which are then emailed to Modesty and posted here on Drunk Duck. - Story - Once upon a time, the school of magic, otherwise known as the Institute of Magical Arts (IMA), and the school of technology, the Omega Technology Institute (OTI) were separate entities. This year, the OTI and the IMA have merged, combining two of the largest rival schools of Valadia, An island sprawling with diversity. Let the chaos begin. - Glossary - Abbreviations OTI : Omega Technology Institute IMA : Institute of Magical Arts - Races on Valadia - Anielf: Elves that changed their form generations ago in an old ritual turning thier forms into animal-like forms. Usually they are anthro versions of the animal. Demon: Creature strongly attuned to magic and power. They generally have long pointed ears and slit-pupil eyes, but they have abilities to change their appearance. Any half-breeds from this race inherit either the ears or eyes. Dreamhaunt: Mysterious humonoid cretures with feathered ears. Elf: Long pointed ears tend to sum up this race. Long-lived and talented in many forms of magic but mostly those associated with the elements. Half-breeds inherit shorter pointed ears and different magic abilities. Some argue that are stronger than the elves. Nemnos elves are generally associated with the forests and Luminens with the element of Light and Illusion. Fae: Mischeivious, wild creatures usually short in stature but with mild magical tendencies. They also sport pointed ears and usually wings. Half-breeds usually inherit some magical gifts and the mischeiveious personality. Felhuma: Mostly human like creatures with cat ears, tails and slit pupil eyes. Human: Rounded ears sets this ancient race apart from most others. Their ties to magic are usually strange and mysterious. Humans tend to be sturdier and more experimental than other races. Siren: Beautiful creatures associated with the song of sea. Talented in voice magic and water magic, these famed creatures are often found near an ocean. Sirens have no pupils unless provoked, retractable fins, and scales. Terra-Angel: The only truely distinguishing feature of a Terra-Angel would be large feathered wings. While not particularly gifted with magic, these creatures have amazing minds and creativity. They have quick reflexes and can fly for very short distances. - Maps - |
