I don't mean any offense, it's just that you didn't even spell "warrior" correctly in the title. And that's just the tip of the iceberg.
I honestly don't know where to begin. There are so many things wrong here. I would suggest that you observe other sprite comics, see how they're laid out, and try to work the same techniques into your work.
My early work was at least this bad, probably worst, but I did exactly what I just said you should do, and I was able to really turn things around.
