Log entry, M-D-20XX

I've been in hiding for over a year now... I refuse to let Megaman get in the way of my plans.
However, in the past few months of hiding, I've been working on something...
About a month ago I went into a cave. There I discovered a new substance. It is the similair to the
mineral substance that you convert to plasma in order to supply modern day technology with alternative
power.
After studying it for months, I have found out that it houses more energy than any other substance.
I will use this substance to work on a robot capaple of defeating Megaman. It will belittle all of
my other creations. He will be stronger, faster, and unstoppable.
When this substance is being converted, it lets off an unusually loud noise.
It reminds me of the music term forté, which is a term used to signify when a song becomes louder.
Therefore, I've decided to name this substance-
forténium.

Megaman- So Wily's actually been in hiding for a few years...
Protoman- Right. There wasn't much time between now and when metool told me to tell you, that's why I didn't
tell you before.

Protoman- But nobody knows where he is, not even his servants.

Megaman- Regardless, we can't worry about that right now. We'll figure out where he is later. For now, we need
to plan out the attack on the Robot Master stronghold...

Protoman- Alright, guys. Alot of our forces were destroyed from Metool's invasion, so we have to use you guys sparingly.

Panel 2-
Protoman- The fortress is invisible to robot sight, so we borrowed Shadow's future tech which is advanced enough to see it, and
implanted it in all of you.
Panel 3-
Protoman- It's your job to hold the forces back. Unfortunately we do not have any use of Gamma at the moment, as he was destroyed with Dr. Wily's castle. The Power Crystals are out of the question too. This'll no doubt put the odds against us, but we're talking about absolute world domination here. We do this now, or Wily will have complete control over the world.





That's all I had scripted out at this point. So the Light Lab's next move was to infiltrate the Robot Master stronghold. They arrive at the under-water stronghold just in time to witness the forces being loaded onto the vessels. The Light forces storm the stronghold and Megaman chases after four of the robot masters (specifically, 4 of the ones you all submitted for the contest). They destroy the stronghold, and head out. Blues goes back to his life separate from Megaman, Light, and Roll.
Cut to Metool, Skull Man, and Napalm man. They are out in hiding in the middle of Tokyo. With the Robot Master Stronghold destroyed, as well as Wily's Bass, they are forced to result to controlling somebody else's robots.
Cut back to Dr. Light and Megaman. A meeting among scientists in the field of Artificial Intelligence is going to occur in Paris, France. Dr. Light brings Megaman along. In France, they meet up with (guess who) Dr. Cossack. Dr. Cossack went to the same university as Light and have been friends ever since. Cossack has been working on robots similar to the Robot Masters. This is where the Robot Masters of Megaman 4 are introduced (minus Skullman). Dr. Light is surprised to find out that Cossack's robots are much better than anything he's made. He tries to show off Megaman, but Megaman's stupidity is off-setting to Dr. Cossack. Dr. Light is put to shame.
Back in Tokyo, Dr. Light desperately upgrades Rock in an effort to make him better than anything Cossack has made. This includes the Mega Buster. The Lightlab gets word of Robot Masters attacking the city. Light is pleased to find out that it is Cossack's robots. He immediately sends Megaman to fight them.
After defeating his first Robot Master, the scene cuts to Cossack's fortress. It is revealed that Skullman is using Cossack. He threatened his daughter's life. If he does not kill Megaman, Kalinka dies.
Megaman eventually works his way up to Skullman. Skullman is portrayed as having a brutal bloodlust, and will kill in the most painful way. Megaman is brought to a painful near-death before he defeats Skullman (don't ask how, I haven't thought that far ahead in detail.)
Metool still has his eyes on Cossack, so Cossack still has to do what he's told. The fight between him and Megaman ensue, and, of course, Megaman wins. Another robo-wily appears. Just as with the last robo-wily, Megaman cannot tell if it's human or robot. He decides to play safe, and just subdue him, but ends up killing him again.
Not too much is planned for the rest of the Megaman games. Napalm Man fulfills the roles of Skullman and Shadowman in Megaman 5. Megaman 6 is where Wily returns in disguise (pretty much the same as the game). He's put in Jail.
Megaman 7 is where Bass appears. Just as in the games, Bass starts out under Wily's control, then breaks out and starts working for himself. Bass is not portrayed as another idiot like in Bob and George. He's portrayed pretty much exactly like Venom from Spider-man. He simply wants to defeat Megaman and be the strongest robot, but he refuses to harm innocent people, and will in fact protect them. When Zero comes along and starts going berserk, Bass and Megaman team up to defend the innocent people from him (cliched, but it's not like this comic was to be taken seriously).
As for my own storyline, I do explain why Megaman is tempted to kill humans. If you recall Protoman's little monologue, Megaman was given an upgrade just before their fight with Giga, which increased his tactical responses. His tactical programming will see certain humans as a threat, and he will break the first law of robotics to defend himself. The bug in the programming cannot be fixed, as that bug has become a natural part of his programming. There is a debate about whether Rock should be shut down before he kills a human or not. This debate is kept under wraps, in case Rock sees Light and the team as a threat. They decide that they will let Megaman live, but if he kills a human, he will be deactivated.
Eventually, Megaman kills Wily. He begins panicking. He realizes that once everyone realizes what he's done, they will be forced to shut him down. His tactical response is to go after Light, Roll, Protoman, and the government.
Remember what I said earlier about Bass protecting innocents? Well, Bass decides to come to the rescue. Just as Rock is about to reluctantly kill Light, Bass drops in and fights Megaman. In a dramatic role reversal, Rock is now the one who is a threat to the world, and Bass must stop him. He does so. Megaman is defeated.
The series pretty much ends there. There are plenty of loose ends. Zero is still out there, and Dr. Light begins his work on Megaman X. At some point, Bass, Protoman, and Shadow are all killed by Zero. However, if I had made it this far, it would have gone into a spinoff for the X saga.

Also, Shadow was built by Wily and fights alongside Zero. Fuck Shadow though. Useless fuck.
